Office Rules can be used stand-alone as a quality assurance system for your rules, however if you want to deploy and run your rules you will need Haley Rule Services.
If you would like to take advantage of Haley's interactive web-based interview for collecting the data needed to make decisions, you will need Haley Application Foundation.
You can author rules in Haley Office Rules and export them into Microsoft BizTalk.
