Haley Systems and Artemis Alliance Announce Business Rules Collaboration

Pittsburgh, PA - May 16, 2005 - Haley Systems, Inc., the technology leader in business rules management systems, today announced a services partnership with Artemis Alliance Inc., an information technology services firm which specializes in business rules technology, to provide professional services consulting, project management, and training services to Haley Systems' clients. Under the business relationship Haley Systems and Artemis Alliance will also serve as joint marketing partners and solution providers to promote the offerings of each firm, adding depth and strength to the business rules expertise possessed by both companies.

Haley Systems and Artemis Alliance will kick-off their new business relationship at the June 16 meeting of the Business Rules Users Group in Minneapolis, MN.
