Haley Systems Announces Expanded Support, Offerings for European Customers
New partnership and sales office will give EU customers better access to leading business rules software
Pittsburgh, PA - June 12, 2006 - Haley Systems today announced their expanded support to the European market. The addition of blackboxIT as a software and service partner and a new General Manager for Europe will significantly increase the availability of Haley's software and its support across the European Union.
blackboxIT is now the primary and preferred supplier of Haley's business rules management systems in the EU. Their emergeIT product, which captures business rules from existing IT systems, is a strong compliment to Haley's rules authoring tool, HaleyAuthority. Knowledge bases using rules from both sources can be combined, then executed and deployed using the HaleyRules inference engine. blackboxIT will supply expert product consulting and support as part of the partnership.
Haley's new General Manager for Europe, Ben Wheeler, is a 15-year veteran of the European technology industry. He will support current customers and assist new customers in the selection and logistics of implementing Haley's business rules management software.
