Haley earned Second-tier Strong Performer rankings in the three remaining market categories - business rules platforms for IT, for Java developers, and for .NET developers.

According to Forrester Wave evaluation of platforms that give business analysts and other users control, Haley Systems emerges on top due to its natural language HaleyAuthority tool, an innovative approach to end user rules development.
